Kolby Slater is the Vice President of Operations at TruPoint, where he leads with the belief that "the day you stop growing is the day you stop winning. Why not us." Driven by the challenge of building something from the ground up, Kolby thrives on solving new problems every day, whether that means designing systems that scale, learning a new trade, or making sure clients get the coverage they deserve. Kolby started his career as an underwriter and grew into leading operations at TruPoint, playing a key role in building the company from the ground up. His focus has always been on creating systems that work and an environment people actually want to be part of. Outside the office, relationships are everything to Kolby. You will find him traveling with his wife and newborn son, on the golf course, or out on a trail somewhere.
