Trupoint Underwriters complies with the California and Utah Privacy Notice that has been adopted to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 and the Utah Consumer Privacy act of 2024, as amended (together with all applicable regulations, "CCPA"), and terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this California Privacy Notice and Utah Privacy Notice, unless those terms have been otherwise defined in the general Privacy Policy. Accordingly, this California Privacy Notice and Utah Privacy Notice should be reviewed in conjunction with our general Privacy Policy.
